Agricultural Groundworks – Butterwick, Lincoln
We have now completed all of the civil engineering and groundworks to construct the new cold store facilities for this massive vegetable grower and packers site. This month they have laid the final power floated floor slab, built concrete plinths to accommodate the insulated panels, completed the floor drainage, filled in the final section of the noise bund and formed the holding ponds. Our next job was to plant 3750 trees, spread the composted mulch and lay the coir berm to the new dyke (that is a pre-seeded mat to stop erosion if you were wondering!!) Our clients are very impressed with both the speed and the quality of the works.
