On a windswept hill North of Launceston where the cows wander and the sheep run free, we have commenced construction of the Kernow Analitical Technology (KAT) Lab extension. Footings have been dug and concreted, retaining wall erected and backfilled and we now await the steel frame. Still plenty to be done before Christmas.
This project has really flown this month. The steel frame has been erected and the blockwork structure has been built up. We have also laid and power floated the two concrete floors and have now started on the timber flat roof. Big well done to Wez and his team, even Neil has been on site and leant us his expertise (roll on the 18th). Once this roof goes on, we can then crack on with the internals.
